{ Easter Impossible - A Comical Tale }
Impossible......
Recap of our Easter & all I have to say is it was long......
That's a long 3+ hrs, at one point Addison was dancing in the aisle which was fine, the only problem was she was ROCKING out to the song that was being sung & unfortunately it was the part where Christ was being crucified.
I was a bit mortified.
(why do they put us mom's in the nursery when our kids are in there?)
then the last hour chasing Addison around the church when all she needed was bars a.k.a. her bed.
Church just made for a LONG day.
We DID NOT color eggs this year, the kids don't like them so we stuffed plastic eggs with candy and hide them. But then it started to rain so instead of hunting outside we had to hunt inside. I also DID NOT make an Easter dinner (ham is still in the fridge) we had grilled cheese.
I have to say I'm kinda glad that it's over and done with.
Maybe next year will be better. Maybe....
I'm just keeping it real.

{Could This Post Be More Random?}
(this is what the flu looks like around midnight, he's so going to hate this picture)
Corbin is hacking up his last lung as is Parker, Brinley & Addison. I think they may be getting a little better thanks to the Nebulizer that has been smoking away for days.
This is me last night tired & with some very red eye's might I add. Why is it that the only pictures that are taken of me are taken by me?...... What's up with that! Don't mind the fat face, I'm working on it.
Okay on to more Randomness, enter the play panels (aka before the ick). I won the fabric town panel from Quilt Taffy (thanks:) and on the other side is a train scene (which I purchased) & then I sewed the 2 together and can I just say it was worth every penny!
He loves them and so do I, they take up no room at all and it travels ever so nicely. Plus the fact that it can entertain for HOURS a total A+ in my book! Hopefully my little man will be back to his fun little self soon and I can see more of this.
I don't know if they still carry these little panels but if you can find them and your little guy likes to play with cars and trains I say buy them you'll be glad you did!
Then my mailman who I now ♥ (sorry Lloyd) :) brought me some fun mail today. While all this sick has been going on, I felt the need to buy something, so I hopped on Amazon and bought this book.
Yeah I know it's so Cliche', but I love it! Every time we go to eat at my cousin Donna's house she makes the best food and every time she tells me she got the recipe from this book. So I decided it was time for me to buy it.
So a little research, a debit card and $13.99 later I'm the proud owner of a book that will tell me the secrets to all things Jell-O!
Okay the sick are calling my name, must run! ;)
I promise to post more about nothing later!
I know, I know you can hardly wait!

{Notes To Daddy}
Dad, we just wanted to say goodnight and that we love you.
We cried when we dropped you off at Russell's (they cried for an hour). We hope you have a safe trip because we have to go sledding when you come back. Oh and Mom did read scriptures and say prayer with us tonight and guess what? Our room is still clean and we are going to try and keep it that way so you can see it when you come home we love you and miss you already.
I just had to post this of Miss Addison because Daddy really does ROCK!

{Halloween With The Fab 5!}
Then @ 6:00 we went to our Church and attended our annual Trunk or Treat! The kids had fun & I didn't have to make dinner because they served hot dogs & hot cider (thank you very much). The kids played tons of games & scored all kinds of Halloween trinkets and goodies, then we headed outside where they literally were stuffing their bags with candy.
And here we are Trick Or Treating our friends Brent & Maria's house! Sorry had to post one with Brinley wearing her cat mask!
Phew 1 holiday down 2 to go....
All in all it was a pretty good night, granted I was sporting a nice headache and I was stressed to the max (try 2 day's o' stress). We had Addison's B-day party the next day so I have yet another Addison post coming. I know, I know I promise it will be the last for a while, but I promise the pictures turned out pretty cool so of course I have to share.

{No Crafts, Just Favorite Pics}
This is just classic Parker, he loves his hats, his camo (it's dirty, I'm a bad mom) coat and any clothing that's Orange (his favorite color). He's always so ENERGETIC and is always the life of the party. It may drive me bonkers sometimes as he can get carried away, but it's just him.
And of course Little Addison, this photo was also taken at the Funeral but I just LOVED IT of her. So, of course, I had to play with some actions and I love how it turned out
I mean look at those eyes!!
I can't believe she will be 1 this Halloween Friday. Sniff...

{Pumpkin Maze & Old Roses Mercantile }
I decided at the last minute yesterday that we needed some pumpkins & the kids hadn't been treated to our annual pumpkin pilgrimage for the year. So I picked up Parker from Cub Scouts @ 4:00 and we high tailed it to the Pumpkin patch. The kids had a great time and I spent way to much $moola$ on pumpkins that will be thrown away in due time, but it's tradition so what are ya gonna do?
Anyway we had a good time & at the end of the day we loaded up the Excursion with our numerous pounds of pumpkin prizes.
FUN FOR MOM:
And at this same Pumpkin patch they also have a barn called Old Roses Mercantile (which is always closed when I want to go) and in this barn are all kinds of Fall goodies & crafts.
There is some C.U.T.E. stuff in there and while talking with the owner she said that they take down all the fall stuff after the 31st and the barn turns into Christmas for the winter months!!
I can hardly wait. I also talked with La' owner about making some of my Fabric pumpkins and selling them in her store (she said yes) but that means I have to get some more pumpkins made tonight as the next 2 weekends are her big weekends!!! We'll see, anyway here are some pictures that she kindly let me take inside the store.
Upstairs
The Bath & Body room.
I'm so dying over that green hutch
MORE FALL DECOR: I these awesome pumpkins at our local Grocery Outlet they were only $1.99. I walked out with all they had left which was only 2 of each of these little babies, but aren't they the cutest thing you ever did see! Now to figure out where to display them.
I think I'm turning into a pumpkin whore.
Yes I just said whore on my blog.
That should provide some interesting hits. ;)
Also I'm sorry I've been a bit MIA for the past few days but I've been trying to get my Etsy store up and running.
I'm a little scared to open one only for the fear that I won't sell anything, but I've been stitching up some Fall and Christmas stuff so I'll let you know when that's up and going. Busy Busy!!

{Things We Did In Tri-Cities}

Played on our little water park, well the other kids not la' baby...

And apparently Addison is short for ''Addiction'' as she was introduced to Milky Way Midnight bite sized candy bars... Thanks Grandma. :)
This shot taken just before the sugar coma set in...
Lloyd installed new vinyl in my parents el' bathroom...

Then we took the kids here on the way home so they could see it.....
And of course one more, cause I'm their mom and I can... Okay & one of just me so I could prove that I was really on this little trip. And yes I asked to have my photo taken because they are going to need some form of photo documentation to hang by my casket when I die. Don't you just love my round fat Turkish woman face & old lady Relief Society arms? I so still/will/always & forever loath pictures of myself....

Oh and yes my baby has a black eye, that's what happens when one tries to climb up the back of a ladder back chair. Needless to say the chair won......
