{ All Things Egg }

It's yet one more post about eggs, can ya stand it? :)
And all I can say is I wish I had found these sooner!
I was browsing over at Roots and Wings Co and found this post for these stinking cute Boiled Egg Molds. I mean come on what's not to love about these?!
So easy to use!

To use your egg mold, just follow these steps:
           1. Boil an egg and remove the shell while still hot
2. Put the hot egg into the mold - squeeze hard until the mold can click shut.
3. Put the mold with the egg into cold water or the refrigerator for about 5 to 10 minutes
4. Take out the egg and you will see a Cute Bear (or bunny) Egg!!!
I love little stuff like this
I found several on eBay and I just
might have to....okay I already did...... make the purchase as my little people would love making these. Plus we will use these all year round,
who said Cute Eggs are only for Easter? :)

{ It's the Simple Things....}

Tonight I went with Jeannette & Jocelyn and watched
The Phantom Of The Opera at Eastern Oregon University
it was fabulous, & the cast did such a great job!! I'm so loving all the plays/shows that are put on locally! The time & effort that are put into these productions is amazing to say the least. For living in such a small community we sure do have lots of Theatrical talent living amongst us. I love it!
Thanks for the ticket Jeannette. :)
Then before I went home I ran to Wal-Mart and picked up some milk, bananas and ................GRANDMA SYCAMORE BREAD!!!
That's right I found it here!!!!
Now stop laughing, I'm being totally serious.
I know for some of you this seems like no big deal. But I usually only get to buy this bread when we go to Utah and that's about 8 hrs from here. So finding it locally at Wally's, made this little Carbohydrate Loving Heart skip a beat!!!
Yes it really is all about the simple things.....
Sigh........
I think I'm going to go and make some toast and hot cocoa now...
Goodnight. ;)

{ Fun Target Find }

Thanks to my Fabulous MOM who spoils me rotten, I now own this product and
I LOVE IT!
She gave it to me when we were in Tri-Cities last weekend and I think I may have her get me a couple more. If you like the way the Bath and Body Works Store smells, then this Glow Lotion is for you. Plus you get a little glittery shine to boot, not glittery like you just helped out in your child's 1st grade classroom. It's a subtle glittery glow.
I even love the Retro box! I am a lover/collector of new perfumes and lotions so this is right up my alley. Just though I would share the fun find.
She also bought me this dress, she got it for a steal-only $1.25. The funky print just speaks to me. Now should I wear it with heels, flats, boots?
Thanks mom I love my stuff and I love you!

{The Ever Growing Crafty TO DO LIST }

Does anyone ever really catch up on their TO DO LISTS? I'm finding it extremely difficult due to all the incredibly cute stuff I keep finding all over blog land.
(all I have to say is Thank Goodness for Google Reader and it's ability to keep me updated on all my favorite blogs)
Here is what's new to the list as of yesterday:
1. I have to make 1 or 2 of these super cute Valentine chair backers from
Amy at: Our Scoop. She shares the tutorial and pattern on how to make them.

2. To help fill the chair backers I want to make these super cute Fabric Love Letter Envelopes. The tutorial is found over at the Moda Bake Shop.

3. I fell in love with this Re-purposed Woman's Sweater Turtleneck made into a Sweet Little Girls Cardigan, from Lindsay at The Cottage Home I love that she is reusing discarded items and making them into something so dang cute! I better get to the Thrift Stores so I can find me a cute wool sweater to transform.

I find it funny that I have all these sewing projects listed when I don't even really sew well. Looks like I better learn and quick!
And the Grand Daddy of all projects comes from Ana at Knock Off Wood. I am soooo in love with this Farm House Pottery Barn inspired bed. She even shares the pattern and DIY on how to make it. This blog I have a feeling is going to become a really good friend. Lucky for me my husband is more than willing & able to make this for me us, and at a cost of around $120.00 for the whole thing......makes it even sweeter! :)

There is more on my TO DO LIST but if I added them all to this blog post, it seriously would never end.
Have a Happy Thursday!

{ Bargain? Why Yes Please! }

Our neighbor's had a yard sale 2 weekends ago and this is what I brought home. I think some spray paint will make these look awesome! I also walked out with LOADS of old rick rack and a BUNCH of craft stuff.

From the same sale I got these 3 antique radio cabinets, I have plans for 2 of them for sure. I paid $20 bucks for EVERYTHING.

Also at a different yard sale (same day) I found a microwave range hood for 20 bucks! I have been looking for one of these for a while and you can't beat that kind of deal. I was prepared to go to Sears and spend a whole lot more than that. I love a good yard sale. ;)

{ Pottery Barn Book Love }

I love a good book and when I checked out one of these from our local library I  knew I had to get them for myself.
So with some $ burning a whole in my pocket I purchased these Pottery Barn books from Amazon. (used of course, see I’m all about recycling :)
The most I paid for any of them was $3.00 and the least $1.99. I think for all the them I paid around $23 smackers & that includes the shipping! Ya can’t go wrong with a bargain like that. They are older books but the ideas from Pottery Barn never change, plus the books are in awesome condition so I’m glade I took the plunge.

Thank you Baltimore County Public Library, this Oregonian loves this book.
And I have to say Thank You to Arah for giving me the lowdown on this little Snack container cutie. Can you say Wal-Mart for $6.00 please? :)
Well I better get finished cleaning the house, my Mom is coming today!
 Have a Fabulous Day!
